The VanGo! Museum on Wheels program is an exciting and innovative educational outreach program that brings original artworks to your school/organization. Scheduling a VanGo! visit is easy! To reserve a date, please contact:

In order to more equitably distribute the costs associated with VanGo! program travel, the following pricing structure is implemented for the VanGo! program.
One day visit- base cost: $550
(up to 8 hours)
Second day visit- base cost: $495
(each day within SAME school district following first day)
Travel charge – $2.50 per mile
(The travel charge will be added to all VanGo! visits)
In order to calculate travel/mileage charges, we will use the Museum offices’ 15 North Third Street location and www.googlemaps.com as a guide. All charges will be itemized on the invoice sent out with VanGo! contract information after a visit is scheduled.
No deposit is required at booking. The full amount is due to the Susquehanna Art Museum two weeks prior to a scheduled visit.

VanGo! introduces a valuable, discounted rate, effective beginning August 1, 2011. Visits occurring within the following months will receive these respective discounts:
| September 1 – November 30: | $100 off one-day visit cost |
| December 1 – February 28: | $50 off one-day visit cost |
| March 1 – June 30: | Full price |
| July 1 – 31: | $50 off one-day visit cost |
Once you have scheduled your VanGo! visit:
Mail, or fax completed contract no later than two weeks prior to a scheduled visit; include the following items:
- Full payment
- Driving directions to your site
- Completed parking instruction sheet indicating where VanGo! is to be parked (Please note- the bus arrives the night before a visit and cannot be moved once it is parked)
- Schedule of the day’s events (see a sample schedule)
**NOTE: Failure to provide the above items as instructed may result in a cancellation of your visit.
